DOLCE AND VITA AT SYMPHONY PLACE
The 360-unit, twin tower project sets out to contribute to reinforcing a distinctive urban character for downtown Vancouver, complimenting City development objectives for the area, while responding creatively in a site-specific manner to several important development constraints and opportunities. It also seeks to reinforce neighbourhood development objectives through provision of a significant parking amenity and public artwork for the people of Vancouver, and contributes significantly toward the provision of the second phase of Emery Barnes Park, located in proximity to the development. The 29-floor Vita tower is now topped off and already visible on Vancouver’s skyline. The windows are installed up to level 26, and the interior finishes are following close behind. The second phase 32-floor Dolce tower is proceeding apace, with concrete work presently up to level 4 of the podium. The porte cochere area between Dolce and Vita is now visible along the lane, and will evidently provide a dramatic entrance piazza to Symphony Place. ![]() ![]() CURRENT PROJECT
Keep an eye on the Seymour Street elevation as the three-storey high glass public artwork ‘Cadenza’ begins to be installed. It will be a sight to behold.
