We were thrilled to welcome a group of members from Australia – the VPELA (Victorian Planning and Environmental Law Association) – UDIA (Urban Development Institute of Australia) this week!
Greg had the pleasure of leading a walking tour, sharing insights into our work at Vancouver’s Olympic Village and Horseshoe Bay Sanctuary and the unique aspects of our local communities (including spotting seals and eagles!), and proudly showing the extraordinary efforts of the project team for both projects.
It was a wonderful opportunity to exchange ideas and showcase our work to our Australian counterparts. We hope the rest of their study tour is just as inspiring and successful. Safe travels, and we look forward to future collaborations!
