Situated on the ceremonial Burrard Street at Davie, this new Burrard Gateway project establishes a landmark identity approaching the downtown from the Burrard Bridge. As a mixed-use project with retail and service uses on the ground floor, this building will have the potential for micro-residential suites, a public amenity such as a daycare, dynamic weather-protected corner plaza at the corner of Burrard and Davie, and provision of a major public art project.
