The project involved the development of a new clubhouse with squash courts, pro-shop, fitness, lounging, dining and member support services. It required reconfiguration of the site’s access, the addition of an underground parking structure with tennis courts above and a relocated seasonal, air-supported enclosure. The expansive outdoor terraces include a lap pool, hot tub and barbecue patio, all of which take full advantage of the project’s spectacular setting.

The building reflects both the character of the surrounding neighbourhood and the direct relationship with Jericho Beach. The building is characterized by the use of traditional building materials, sandblasted exposed concrete warmed by wood windows, wood trim and an exposed timber roof structure.
