The Maple Bay Marina and residential community was undertaken by the practice as a development permit initiative to create waterfront residential, commercial and marine park.

The overall project comprises units and is developed in discreet building groups each with commercial facilities available to service the marine community. The program was taken through a development approval sequence with the local council and currently awaits financing and approval to proceed.
