Since 2001, MA has designed and constructed $25 million of combined new and adaptive re-use educational and athletic projects for the Senior Campus of St. Michaels University School, which include the rehabilitated Schoolhouse and Library Addition, the Crothall Centre for Humanities and the Arts, the LEED® certified Schaffter Music Hall, and the multi-use Monkman Athletic facility. Key to the delivery of all of these complex projects was the careful consideration of the viability of existing building inventory, and strategies for their re-use, demolition and reconstruction, or replacement. We are currently engaged in considering the design of the new St. Michaels University School Junior School, potentially a separate campus in Oak Bay.
