This Tenant Improvement Project redesigned and renovated the existing Atira Property Management Offices located within the Marr Hotel.   The new offices incorporated an open office layout for Atira’s property management and accounting staff.   The redesigned floor plan also includes:

  • Large reception area
  • New large boardroom
  • 2 glass enclosed offices and 1 HR office
  • Open office work stations (10 accountants, 3 payroll, 6 property managers)
  • Photocopy area
  • Additional storage shelves and closets
  • Staff kitchen and eating area
  • Staff washrooms
  • Bicycle storage area for staff
