As part of our 40th year celebration, we are excited to be part of Design Vancouver Festival 2026, taking place September 17 – 27 across Vancouver. This year’s festival brings together 43 Open Studios and 53 events, including tours, talks, exhibitions, workshops, film screenings, family programs, and community gatherings.
Hosted by Vancouver’s architecture and design community, DVF invites the public to experience design up close and connect with the spaces, practices, and people shaping the city. The 2026 theme, BUILD, reflects a shared desire to strengthen connections across disciplines, neighbourhoods, and creative communities. This year, DVF invites designers, architects, students, partners, and the public to come together, take part, and build with us.
Many DVF events are free or low-cost, with ticketed programs helping support production, staffing, venues, and participating partners.
Join us for a walking tour that highlights our downtown projects that contributed to the urban environment on Saturday, September 26th. This tour features a selection of projects from the firm’s portfolio that reflects the progression of the practice over four decades.
