Siem Lelum “Respected House” Phase 2 is a multi-family supportive housing development for the Victoria Native Friendship Centre in partnership with BC Housing. Built by Kinetic Construction Ltd.,  and completed in October 2017, the LEED® for Homes Gold certified development consists of a  3-storey residential wood framed building providing 15 family sized units and a community amenity building. The Phase 2 project augments an already completed 26 unit renovation to the existing building already located on site.
