At the beginning of the 2025-2026 school year, St. Michaels University School officially opened the renewed and expanded Middle School.

Completed in July 2026, the first phase of this two-phase project introduced a 13,000-square-foot, three-storey addition to the existing Middle School, creating inspiring, flexible spaces for learning and discovery. New facilities include dedicated STEAM spaces, a Robotics and Design Technology Hub, a flexible learning commons, expanded teaching areas, and an enhanced counselling and wellness centre.

The second phase involves comprehensive renovations to the existing building, including upgraded music rooms, a dedicated robotics room, improved communal areas, and state-of-the-art science labs.

Supporting the School’s strategic vision for STEAM education, the project creates purpose-built environments that encourage technical exploration, creative confidence, and resilient, forward-thinking learners.
