This project consists of a 4-storey boutique condominium building with three residential strata suites. The building is seen as a ‘camera’ capturing and framing views south towards the water, with an architectural concrete carapace and glass lenses. These components are protected by large southwest facing balconies diminishing low-angle west sun and deflecting wind off the water.
