The Block – R design concept demonstrates an unique community where nature is fully integrated into daily living. Mountain views, walking paths, wetlands and watercourses and a village green are all incorporated into the neighbourhood plan for a lifestyle that connects closely with nature and outdoor life as well as giving easy access to downtown Squamish and the estuary.

A Seniors Resource Centre is contained by the Village Square, and features on-site underground parking for both residents and visitors. The Centre will function as a community value builder that will draw all citizens of the local community into the Village Square to participate in this new vibrant Seniors and multifamily neighbourhood.
