The 360-unit, twin tower project sets out to contribute to reinforcing a distinctive urban character for downtown Vancouver, complimenting City development objectives for the area, while responding creatively in a site-specific manner to several important development constraints and opportunities.
It also seeks to reinforce neighbourhood development objectives through provision of a significant parking amenity and public artwork for the people of Vancouver, and contributes significantly toward the provision of the second phase of Emery Barnes Park, located in proximity to the development.
