The Bosa Residence was inspired by the idea of creating a family home that would provide a year-round indoor/outdoor model of living for a young family. The project involved the development of a new clubhouse with squash courts, pro-shop, fitness, lounging, dining and member support services. It required reconfiguration of the site’s access, the addition of an underground parking structure with tennis courts above and a relocated seasonal, air-supported enclosure. The expansive outdoor terraces include a lap pool, hot tub and barbecue patio, all of which take full advantage of the project’s spectacular setting.
